ELECTRONICA MACHINE TOOLS LTD. is experiencing growth at an accelerated pace since its establishment in the year 1973, under the proficient headship of the honorable Owner Mr. Ravi Ratnaparkhi. The profound knowledge and rich experience of the CEO has assisted the company to acquire distinguished position amidst the Sinker EDM Manufacturers and Small EDM Machine Suppliers in India. The company also specializes in the dealing of Special Purpose EDM Machines. The group is also into measuring instruments and metrology in a focused way through its ELECTRONICA MACHINE TOOLS LTD. This company manufactures hi-tech measuring systems involving optical and magnetic technologies and has a turnover of Rs. 18 Crores. Being the pioneer in EDM Technology in india we provide perfeect machine tools solutions through our EDM division. The in house design and development centre, with highly competent engineers, enables to upgrade our technologies and products to respond to the changing needs quickly. We adhere to world class practices such as 5S, 6 Sigma, JIT & KAIZEN. This obviously results in products and services of international standards and quality.

Backed by our comprehensive and strong infrastructure, we are growing leaps and bounds in the industry. We have state-of-the-art facilities in India. We have manufacturing plants at 9 different locations for manufacturing technology driven machines, a marketing centre in Switzerland, and distribution centre in all major countries. Our business turnover is Rs. 3880 million (US $ 86 million). We are backed by a dynamic manpower of 500 professionals. We possess total land area of 90740 sq. m of which 50260sq.m is building area. We have total 36 sales and service offices of which 18 are in India, 16 overseas agents, 1 sales office in Europe. Leveraging these facilities we export our products to over 45 countries.

Quality Assurance
Owing to the priority to serve quality products, various stringent quality tests are conducted under the supervision of our quality control executives. For fuller assurance of the products, the products are tested at various levels starting from different levels of production to the final packaging.
